Brought on by Intrawest (now Alterra Mountain Company) to explore mountain resort off-season opportunities and in particular, establish Winter Park Resort as a year-round destination.
Highlights include working closely with upper-management facilitating discovery sessions, comp analysis, focus groups, data collection, and persona development for new summer and shoulder-season business.
By combining fitness, wellness and adventure with community experiences, elements of surprise, and sensory connections, Winter Park has the opportunity to not only be Denver’s playground, but a gathering place for like-minded everyday adventurers who value experiences over things.
